Where does vineyard vines ship?

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping Costs are based on order merchandise total costs and the selected shipping method:

When will my order be shipped?

Please note that due to COVID-19 guidelines, shipping time may be impacted. We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. Please note that during periods of high volume, it will take longer (sales, major promotions, Friends & Family, during the holidays, etc.) Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped the next business day. If you need your order to go out the same day you place it, please place your order before noon ET using an expedited service (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) and we’ll be sure to do our best to get you your merchandise in time.

When will my order be delivered?

Once processed, orders are shipped via Standard Ground (unless an expedited service is chosen). Standard Ground is delivered within 2-7 business days to most U.S. locations; however, we've found that orders will arrive even sooner than that. Please note that due to COVID-19 guidelines, shipping time may be impacted.

How can I track my order?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This email might wind up in your "Spam" email folder, so be sure to add vineyard vines to your "safe" list.

What if I’d like to change my order after it’s placed?

We apologize, but we cannot make changes, adjustments, or cancellations to an order after it has been submitted. We may still be able to help, though! Just give us a call at 800-892-4982.

Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?

Absolutely! When you set up your vineyard vines account, you’re able to enter separate shipping addresses and save addresses that you may want to ship to in the future.

Why are my purchases being sent to me in multiple shipments?

You may have ordered a number of items that don’t fit into one box, or we are shipping your item from one of our store locations. You will receive an email with a tracking number and item list for each of your packages.

Please note, in order to fulfill your order to the best of our ability we sometimes ship your items directly from one of our stores which can result in multiple shipments for a single order. When this happens you may notice multiple posts to your credit card for a single order. The initial authorization is not a charge and will disappear from your account in a business day or so.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return or exchange my order? (U.S. only)

To return or exchange your product(s), follow the steps outlined here.

To exchange your product, give us a call at 800-892-4982 and we will do our best to get your new products out to you quickly! You will be charged for the merchandise on its way to you (shipping is on us, of course), and you’ll be credited for your original purchase as soon as we receive your return.

International Returns Policy

Borderfree allows us to deliver our items to our international customers. When returning an international order you will be credited by Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original tender. Returns must be made within 180 days of purchase.

All European Union customers have a right to back out of a purchase within 7 days of completing the transaction (e.g. placing the order on the website). If a European Union customer cancels their order during this 7-day period, Borderfree will reimburse the customer for the cost of the product(s) AND any extra fees (i.e. shipping) paid by the customer to receive the item. Borderfree can, however, charge the customer for cost of shipping goods back to Borderfree. Reimbursement by Borderfree will be within 30 days.

Holiday Return Policy

Holiday gifts can be returned new, unused and with the garment tags still attached. We only accept returns for products purchased at vineyard vines stores or through the vineyard vines website or app. Regular priced items with in 60 days or sale items within 30 days of purchase can be issued a full refund to the purchasers credit card. After that time-frame your gift recipient can receive a gift card or store credit for their gift return. Have a Happy Holiday!

Return policy

Items should be returned new, unused and with the garment tags still attached. We only accept returns for products purchased at vineyard vines stores or through the vineyard vines website or app. Underwear and swimwear should be tried on over underwear. Swimwear returns will only be accepted with the hygienic liner intact. Any personalized, monogrammed, altered or customized product is not eligible for return or exchange. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly.

Returns made for products over one year old may be accepted at the discretion of vineyard vines.

Online and Retail Store Purchases:

Proof of purchase can be established with a receipt or if we can find your transaction in your vineyard vines account.

Full-price items with proof of purchase:

  • Within 60 days of purchase: Full refund or merchandise credit
  • After 60 days of purchase: Merchandise credit of purchase value
  • After 90 days of purchase: Merchandise credit of last retail value

Sale items with proof of purchase:

  • Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund or merchandise credit
  • After 30 days of purchase: Merchandise credit of purchase value
  • After 60 days of purchase: Merchandise credit of last retail value

Without proof of purchase, returns will be processed and the customer will be issued merchandise credit of last retail value.

Final Sale Items:

All Clearance or Final Sale Items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund or credit.

Items purchased with cash in store:

Items purchased with cash at a retail store location and returned to our online fulfillment center with original receipt or packing slip will be refunded to a gift card. Retail locations will refund the purchase in the original form of payment.

Outlet

Merchandise purchased at vineyard vines outlet locations may be eligible for return, exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition.

Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

All Clearance or Final Sale Items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund or credit.

Merchandise purchased at an outlet store cannot be returned to a retail store or to our online fulfillment center.

Whalehouse and Sample Sales

Merchandise purchased at a Whalehouse or Sample Sale is FINAL SALE. Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Faulty Items

Items are classified as faulty if they are not of standard quality or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty or accepted for return.

 

Purchase Information

 

When returning your item(s), providing your receipt or order number helps us to locate your purchase. If you return your items without a receipt, we will need additional information to help you with your return. Please note this may add additional time for us to process your return. To return items in stores, you must present a receipt.

 

Gift Returns

We would be more than happy to help you return your gift. Returns with Gift Receipt are eligible for return, exchange, refund or merchandise credit.

Online Exchanges

To ensure that the item you want to exchange for is available, please place a new order online. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase to the original form of payment.

Frequent Return Activity

We offer a generous return policy for our customers. However, customers returning items repeatedly or in bulk may be refused at our discretion.

International Returns Policy

Borderfree allows us to deliver our items to our international customers. When returning an international order you will be credited by Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original tender. Returns must be made within 180 days of purchase.

How to exchange merchandise by mail:

  2. Don't forget to let us know the reason for the returned item (please refer to our list of reason codes).
  3. Provide the product information for each new item you would like in the exchange form below.
  4. If the item you are returning is a gift, please fill out the contact information provided below.
  5. If the total value of your exchange is less than the value of the returned item(s), we will refund you the difference according to our return policies.
  6. If the total value of your exchange is greater than the value of the returned item(s), please include your contact information in the form below so we can contact you regarding proper form of payment.
  7. Take note of the tracking number for your records so that you can follow your shipment’s progress.

How long will my return/exchange take to be processed?

We ask for up to 60 business days to process returns and exchanges from when they're received at our warehouse. Should you need to expedite your exchange, we recommend that you purchase your new items from our website and then send the unwanted or incorrect items back to us for a refund using a prepaid return label generated here. To be eligible for an expedited exchange, you must be the original purchaser—we are only able to process a refund to the original form of payment.

Can I exchange a Gift Card?

All sales of Gift Cards are final and are not eligible for exchanges.

Price adjustments

vineyard vines will honor a one-time price adjustment within 10 days of your order's shipment date.

Purchases made with any type of offer/promotion are not eligible for price adjustment, that includes but not limited to Flash Sales, Friends & Family and Whale of a Sale.

No, you are not charged until your order ships. An initial authorization will be posted to your card but no funds are taken until your items are on their way! YOU ALSO AGREE THAT VINEYARD VINES AND YOU ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND TO HAVE A TRIAL BY JURY. YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION WILL TAKE PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS; CLASS ARBITRATIONS AND CLASS ACTIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED AND YOU ARE AGREEING TO GIVE UP THE ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted, and expressly includes claims brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227, or any other statute, regulation, or legal or equitable theory.

  • Arbitration Rules

Notwithstanding your and vineyard vines’ agreement that Missouri law governs interpretation and application of these terms generally, you further hereby agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1, et seq., applies to this agreement to arbitrate, and governs all questions of whether a dispute is subject to arbitration.

Unless you and vineyard vines agree otherwise in writing, the arbitration shall be administered by Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (“JAMS”), pursuant to JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures (“JAMS Streamlined Rules”), as modified by this agreement, and consistent with JAMS Policy on Consumer Arbitrations Pursuant to Pre-Dispute Clauses Minimum Standards of Procedural Fairness (“JAMS Consumer Fairness Standards”). Notwithstanding JAMS Streamlined Rule 8(b), you and vineyard vines agree that any dispute as to the arbitrability of a claim brought by either you or vineyard vines shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • The Arbitrator’s Decision

The arbitrator will conduct hearings, if any, by teleconference or videoconference, rather than by personal appearances, unless the arbitrator determines upon request by you or by us that an in-person hearing is appropriate. Any in-person appearances will be held at a location which is reasonably convenient to both parties with due consideration of their ability to travel and other pertinent circumstances. If the parties are unable to agree on a location, such determination should be made by JAMS or by the arbitrator.

The arbitrator’s decision will follow the terms of these Terms and Conditions, will consist of a written statement stating the disposition of each claim, will be final and binding, and will include the essential findings and conclusions upon which the arbitrator based the award. The arbitrator will have authority to award temporary, interim, or permanent injunctive relief or relief providing for specific performance of these Terms and Conditions, but only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by the claimant’s individual claim. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. If you prevail in arbitration, you will be entitled to an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses, to the extent provided under applicable law.
